The ARTIST Center or TAC is a hub for conversations, collaborations and various forms of creative pursuits for artists, creatives and their audiences located in Los Banos. TAC is under work-in-progress of developing programs, facilities and amenities to provide relevant and accessible arts and culture services for Filipino communities.
